With the ski season beginning to wrap up, we now look forward to warmer temperatures, longer days, and a new set of outdoor adventures. The first quarter of 2022 went by in a flash, and although we didn’t have a historic snowfall, it was an overall busy winter season in Sun Valley. The market continues to be very active, with limited inventory and continued strong demand.
