Summer 2021 is in the books and another busy summer has come and gone. Thankfully, we were able to get back into the swing of things with a few traditional summer favorites like the Sun Valley Music Festival and the Wagon Days parade. However, we now transition into the one of the most special times of the year.
Ernest Hemingway said it so eloquently many years ago: “Best of all he loved the fall.” Without question, fall is the most glorious season. The trees are turning, there’s a chill in the air, homemade soups are on the stovetop, and pumpkins are on the porch. These past few weeks have been absolutely beautiful, and we hope you have been able to get out and enjoy.
The market continues along the same trend that we have been seeing for more than 16 months: strong buyer demand and very thin inventory. More on this in the Market Stats section below.
