Winter 2017-2018 is in the books! The golf clubs and bikes are dusted off and the flowers are beginning to bud. We are anxiously looking forward to another fabulous summer in Sun Valley!
Real estate sales in Q1 have been remarkably active. We are sensing a shift to a seller’s market in most property types and certain price ranges, something we haven’t seen in quite a few years. One of the most dramatic examples of this is the number of “Closed” sales for the month of March, UP 63% from March 2017. The statistics section below will give you much more perspective, but needless to say, we are looking forward to another very busy real estate selling season.
