With the skis stored away until next season, we now turn toward warmer temperatures, longer days, and a new set of outdoor adventures. The first quarter of 2021 went by in a flash, and although we didn’t have a historic snowfall, it was an epic Q1 for Sun Valley real estate. The market continues to be very active, with limited inventory to meet the continued strong demand.
