We hope this newsletter finds you and your family settled in and excited for, as they say, “the most wonderful time of the year!”—the Christmas holiday season and all it brings: snowmen, skiing, food, family and a crackling fire in the fireplace. In spite of Grady’s shoulder surgery following a mountain bike crash in September, the two of us enjoyed the fall season and will close out a very good year business-wise. A highlight was successfully closing on the Bruce Willis listing: it was an honor to be chosen as the listing broker for this extraordinary property, and we were thrilled to get the property sold for him. We are extremely grateful for the clients and business that we have.
